Every piece leaves the atelier checked by hand — and if something is not right, we would far rather fix it than have it sit unworn in your closet. Here is exactly how exchanges, repairs, and refunds work, for ready-to-wear and for pieces made just for you.
Ready-to-wear pieces from our collections can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached. We do not offer change-of-mind cash refunds on ready-to-wear — an exchange or store credit lets you find the piece that truly fits.
Return shipping is at your cost, unless the error was ours. Pieces marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are cut to your measurements and made for you alone — they cannot be returned or refunded, except for a defect in the making. Fit is part of the commission itself: your final fitting exists so we can adjust the piece on you, and any fit concern after delivery is handled through an adjustment at the atelier, not a return.
If a piece arrives with a defect in confection — a seam, a closure, beading — tell us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will repair or adjust the piece first, at no cost. If a repair genuinely is not possible, we will remake the piece or refund it. This applies to every piece, ready-to-wear and custom alike.
The 50% deposit on a custom commission secures your production slot, your fabric, and Jessica's time. Once production has begun — the pattern drafted, the fabric cut, or materials sourced — the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before production starts, write to us as soon as possible and we will find a fair resolution.
Once a refund is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for it to reach you, depending on your bank.
