All prices listed are in TTD (Trinidad and Tobago Dollars) unless stated otherwise.
International prices may vary based on exchange rates and shipping destinations.

Cash (local orders only)
Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped.
For Custom Made orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin production.
Essca Atelier is not responsible for additional bank or international transaction fees.
We ship both locally within Trinidad and Tobago and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Essca Atelier is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of our products:
Custom Made and Bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
Ready-to-Wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a return or exchange, contact info@esscaatelier.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
All custom orders require clear communication regarding measurements, fabrics, and design preferences.
Once a deposit is made, production begins and changes may not be possible.
Essca Atelier reserves the right to use photos or videos of completed custom pieces for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

All content on this website — including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Essca Atelier and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
Custom designs created for clients remain intellectual property of Essca Atelier unless explicitly transferred in writing.
