1. General Information

Thank you for shopping with Essca Atelier.
Each order is handled with care to ensure you receive your piece in perfect condition.
This policy outlines our terms for shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges for all purchases made through https://esscaatelier.com.


2. Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow the following time frames before shipment:

  • Ready-to-Wear items: 2–5 business days.

  • Custom Made / Bespoke orders: 2–6 weeks depending on design complexity and production schedule.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


3. Shipping

Local Orders (Trinidad & Tobago)

We offer island-wide delivery through trusted local couriers.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing.
Pickup options may also be available for select customers.

International Orders

Essca Atelier ships worldwide.
International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or a comparable service.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country’s authorities.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.
Occasionally, promotional events or orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping (as stated on our website or social media channels).


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Essca Atelier is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@esscaatelier.com with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos (for damaged items).
    We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and guide you through the next steps.

Essca Atelier is not responsible for packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the courier service.


7. Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in every piece we create. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review the following conditions:

Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Made / Bespoke Pieces

  • All Custom Made and Bespoke pieces are final sale.

  • Due to their personalized nature, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.

  • Minor adjustments may be possible at our discretion—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


8. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


9. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact info@esscaatelier.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit at no additional cost to you.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production or shipping has not yet started.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been sourced or work has begun.
